All covered devices must undergo an initial site onboarding inspection by a certified technician. Unverified or self-modified devices added post-onboarding require formal registration to qualify for coverage.

2. Emergency Response Commitments & SLAs

Target response times (e.g., 45-minute dispatch) apply strictly to priority tier members in standard service zones. Extreme weather conditions, municipal traffic disruptions, power grid collapses, or acts of God may delay dispatch schedules, in which case clients are updated instantly via automated SMS and dashboard alerts.

3. Billing & Billing Disputes

Subscription charges are processed automatically in Indian Rupees (INR) every 30 days. Unpaid accounts exceeding 5 days past due date may incur temporary service holds until account balance resolution. Invoice disputes must be formally lodged in writing within 14 business days of billing date.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Property Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to equipment locations for on-site technicians. An authorized adult (18+) must be present during all technician dispatches involving physical hardware interventions or interior residential access.

5. Exclusions & Limitations of Liability

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by deliberate tampering, improper third-party DIY installations, external power surge events exceeding surge-protector tolerances, or flooding. Liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12-month service cycle.

6. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time with 30 days' advance notice through your online account portal. Pro-rated refunds for ongoing monthly cycles are not provided, but services will remain fully operational until the conclusion of the active billing period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
